Good recipe, but if chicken breasts are already done on the pan, more cooking later is going to make them dry. Better to put it on the already set plate, crispy. ... or just use minced beef and make al bolognese :PHave a good day and post more ;)

Thank you! But that's why the sauce is added, to give the chicken juice that will keep it moist...and chicken becomes dry if it has no juice to take in, and its only going to cook for just 3 min longer..not much can happen in that. But thank you for the tip, appreciate it! Any specific recipes you would want me to post?
