Malpua Recipe (Authentic Indian Dessert)

Malpua is an authentic India recipe of the Rajasthan state. It is generally prepared in the rainy season and served hot.
To make it rich Dairy cream is added and fried in animal fat(Ghee)
Here I made it vegan and to make it soft and delicious added oats powder and thick cashew milk.
