Today I want to share with you this delicious recipe for chocolate cake , so that at home you can prepare it for your friends and family. I was preparing it because my nephew was having a birthday yesterday; My sister-in-law was helping me.

To get a one kg cake, the ingredients we need are the following :

• 1 kg. of wheat flour.
• 1 kg. of sugar.
• 1/2 tablespoon of salt.
• 4 eggs.
• 2 cups of oil.
• 100 gr. Cocoa
• 6 cups of water.

We start by closing the kg. of wheat flour:
And we are preparing the chocolate that we are going to add to our mixture, we dissolve 70 gr. of cocoa, 200 gr. of sugar in 4 cups of water; We take it to the fire and mix. In this part my sister-in-law will be helping me:

While we are adding 800 gr. similarly sifted sugar, 1/2 of salt, 2 cups of water ... we help each other with a lollipop and start mixing ... then add the 2 cups of oil and the 4 eggs; mix.

With our chocolate ready, we are gradually adding to our mixture with the help of a palette we dissolve in our mixture. In this way:

Mix until completely dissolved and lump free. At the end we deposit our mixture in the tortera. Previously covered by butter and wheat flour:

We pour all our mix:

We take it to the oven, for about an hour.

And as on this occasion the cake was the reason for my nephew's birthday; This was his reaction when he saw the cake:
