Avocado whole wheat flat bread
We still have so many avocados after making guacamole. I am experimenting making flat bread with them today. Instead of water, I use avocado to make dough with whole wheat flour. I also add green onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt to taste. The photo shows the final product. There is a rich flavor. I enjoy it.
Note: let the dough sit for one hour or more to get a chewier texture.
