Tequeyoyos
Good morning friends today I share with you the recipe for my favorite breakfast "TEQUEYOYOS"
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour leavening or all use
- 1 egg
- Yellow banana
- Ham
- Cheese
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of Butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ Glass of warm water
Elaboration:
Preparation of the dough:
1- Add the wheat flour we make a kind of a volcano, we add in this the beaten egg, salt, 2 tablespoons of butter and warm water, and mix it with your hands until it is a soft dough and let it rest 20 minutes.

2- While the minutes pass we will continue cutting the cheese in the form of a medium thick stick.
3- Once the time is over, remove the dough and knead it with a rolling pin, giving a square shape and cut with a knife the medium thick strips to make our tequeyoyos.
4- We proceed to wrap the dough strips with the cheese sticks, the banana slices and the ham. Once wrapped, they are ready to fry in oil or store in your fridge until you feel like it.
