Loooooove Pad Thai! So tasty and usually cooked to order. My favourite Som Tam (Spicy Papaya Salad, only 5 chilli's though as Thais like to put in 10!

Honorable mentions: Gai Med Ma Moung (chicken with cashewnuts) and Massaman Curry.

I lived in Thailand for two years, Teaching in a place called Bang Lamung just outside of Pattaya. A brilliant experience.
