Just want to share my dinner : Superme Kerry rice from Japan | สุดยอดข้าวแกงกระหรี่จากญี่ปุ่น
Hello Steemians,
Coco Ichibanya is one of the most famous ferry rice chain restaurant from Japan. They has several branches in Thailand and other countries around the world.
Today I eat them as my dinner and they are too delicious to not share to you guys.
The most famous menu is Fried-pork Kerry rice. Their secret kerry rice recipe is something that can not be copy.
A tricky signature is that you can choose level of spicy. No spicy at all upon extra-hot kerry.
But in my opinion the utmost things of Coco Ichibanya are their fermented-ginger. When you put it in your kerry rice, all I can say is they are the "perfect combination".
