It's lemon season 🍋🍋
Today in I got in amongst the trees and picked some fresh lemons. Was a bit tricky with the terrible weather we are having but worth it!
I wanted to share a recipe which is fast, simple but always gives a wow factor when used on other dishes.
my spiced sour cream
First you will need some sour cream from your local dairy section.
In a bowl I mixed together my ingredients listed here ⬇️
1 tub of sour cream
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons mixed herbs
1 tablespoon confit garlic
2 lemons juiced 🍋🍋
This can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

I love citrus, this would be great with some spicy chicken or maybe fish. Excellent photography too, made good use of natural/existing light to retain as much true to life colour as possible.
