looks so healthy and gorgeous!!!!!!!!!! im a kale addicted, i eat it raw... the stuff i buy at the moment isnt even bitter so i dont even have to massage it. im so lucky i get it from an organic farm, a massive bunch for 1 euro!!! and normally they will cut it straight from the ground its super fresh, that bunch will last all week and im heavy with my portions. im also growing some on my balcony too! anyway beautiful salad, id munch it up anyday hehe!
Thank you! 💚 I can totally relate to that pull towards kale - and each variety tends to taste so different once you let the flavors speak for themselves and don't mask it with too much other stuff on it.
You lucky girl, that is surely a good deal. I didn't know that you could even grow it on the balcony - so cool. How long does it take from planting till harvesting? Can you somehow use leftover kale to plant new ones? I know that this is possible with lettuce. 😋
