I love mayonnaise but I never eat it because the shop stuff is junk and twice I've failed at making my own.
The first time it tasted gross because I used EV olive oil because the recipe didn't specify light olive oil. The second time I tried it didn't emulsify and I didn't have a clue why-now thanks to you I know it was because of temperature.
