PINEAPPLE AND LIME SORBET

Hi all. Pineapple and lime sorbet. I love sorbet its so refreshing.

🔵1 & 1/2 cups pineapple, fresh or tinned, chopped
🔵1 tbsp lime juice
🔵1/2 tsp lime zest
🔵salt

Place pineapple, lime juice, zest and a pinch of salt in a blender and blend until
smooth.

Pour mixture into a container, cover and freeze for 1-2 hours or until set.

Allow to sit on kitchen bench for a few minutes to soften slightly before serving.
