Chia and Pineapple Smoothie Bowl
Hi all. Chia and pineapple smoothie bowl. Delicious
200 mls reduced-fat milk of choice
1 cup pineapple, fresh or tinned, diced
ice cubes
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 Kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
1 tbsp shredded coconut
In a blender place milk, pineapple, a handful of ice cubes, sunflower seeds, oats
and half the chia seeds.
Blitz until well combined and smooth.
Pour into a serving bowl and top with remaining chia seeds, the Kiwi fruit and shredded coconut to serve.
