## POR QUE COMER VEGETALES VERDES

Hello, good evening to all and Happy day, I begin today to publish, hope that it is of pleasure of all, I will be able to be grateful for the advices that could in the matter.
Today I am going to speak to them on the green vegetables and porqué we must eat them, I am of those who think that if we know wherefrom there come the food and the benefits that offer we will be able to change our food habits and to eat healthier and better.
I will begin for saying to them that the green vegetables are a source of vitamins, minerals and fiber, besides which for containing great quantity of chlorophyll (with there his green color) it helps us to provide the cancer, the anemia and to regularize the cardiac functioning.
The advisable thing is to consume three (3) cups of weekly vegetables (it is not a great thing) is a quantity that we can tolerate though it does not please very much the green vegetables. In short we can eat average ½ daily cup.
Apart from the healthy thing also we will be able to save since they are not a very costly food, but if very nourishing. Some of these more common vegetables are: rúcula, spinach beet, spinach, broccoli, bore cole and lettuce, all possess high quantities of vitamin, iron, calcium and folic acid apart from being a very good protein.
