Gurame Saos Padang
Ingredients
2 fresh gouramy fish (I use medium uk)
1 spring onion
2 cloves of garlic
10 pieces of red chili critic (may use big red pepper)
1/2 cloves of onion
1/2 segment of ginger (geprek / iris)
to taste Water
Mixed cornstarch to taste (I skip)
2 tbsp chilli sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce (I skip) I replace with a bit of tamarind
a little pepper
to taste oil
to taste sugar
to taste salt
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
spicy according to individual taste
Step
Clean the fish and then brush the salt and lime until the mud smell disappears, and fry into the oil a lot and heat (deep fry)
Prepare seasoning saos
Heat the oil then saute garlic with ginger, until fragrant then add the chili that has been mashed stir again until blended, then mix with onion and sliced scallion onion again
Give sugar, salt, oyster sauce, chili sauce, tomato / tamarind sauce, pepper and water to last add the maize solution, stir again
Correct the taste, lift and serve
