SWEET PORK ADOBO, COOKING IN A SIMPLE AND QUICK WAY
I wanna share to you my Pork Adobo version for today in a simple and easy way.
Filipinos are Adobo lover, whether it's Chicken or Pork. From Luzon to Mindanao, every Filipino home has its own way of cooking Adobo. And well, here's mine.
Ingredients:
For 1/8 kilo pork,
1 stalk of Onion spring
4 cloves Garlic
Black Pepper
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
3 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar (if you want a sweet taste)
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients and cook for 15 minutes in a low heat.
Stir constantly. Then simmer for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the fire. Adobo is ready to serve. 😁
Yummy!
Sugar is optional, I just added one to taste it sweet. It's almost similar to the famous Humba of Cebu.
I only used 1/8 kilo pork because we are only 3 in the family, including my little one. And I pre-cooked the pork last night because we don't have a fridge to store it.
