Good tips Mr. Chef :) I always like to make extra for left overs or as you say, freeze and warm up/cook later. Had some left over pork loin for lunch today. It was delicious. The pasta looked fantastic man, although I'm less familiar with a filling like pumpkin/walnut. Cool idea.
