I've been to Athens a couple of months ago, and Greek pastries are to die for ! We discovered a bakery near Ifigenias street that is amazing, unfortunately I don't have the adress anymore..

      I think that was the name : https://www.zorbas.com.cy/index.php

      It's the same logo but I can't find it on Google maps in Athens. It was quite famous in the neighbourhood. I will find the adress and let you know :)
