Ingredients: 

4 kg pork
1 kg of fat pork
4st.l salt
2 tbsp onion granulirovannay
1 tbsp mustard beans
1 tsp salt nitrite
6-8 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp ground korindr
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground celery root
500ml water ice
100мл alcohol
8 meters shell Pork
50g butter
cook (simmer) for 45 minutes. without boiling
bake for 30 minutes. 220 C or 430 F
