A yummy king oyster mushrooms recipe.
- Fry 200 g of sliced mushrooms 10 minutes in 5 spoons of olive oil.
- Add 4 spoons of soy sauce .
- Add salt and a little of coriander.
- Avocado and bread or a omelette are good companions.

So far king oysters are really versatile in every dish i've had them in. I even sliced them into thin noodle shapes for a japanese pan noodle replacement.
