Green bamboos welcome the spring 翠竹报春节节高

Bamboo is always loved by Chinese people. It is one of the four gentlemen of plum, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum. Since ancient times, scholars have been writing a lot about bamboo's poems. Dongpo Su , the poet of the Song Dynasty, said:

It is better to eat without meat.
It is not to live without bamboo.
No meat you will be thin,
But no bamboo you will be is common.
The thin man can be fat .
But common man can’t be changed.

From this , you can see the bamboos are deeply loved by people, especially it became the best topic to those famous poets.

The green crisp bamboo also represents humility. In addition, bamboo has been a symbol of auspicious promotion since ancient times. Bamboo represents the person who will be promoted step by step in his career as well. It's one of the favorite mascots to every one.

Today I use two cucumbers as the material to make a dish that can welcome the arrival of spring . I hope this dish can bring everybody good luck and best wishes. The green bamboos welcome the spring and spring is everywhere .

Ingredients:

cucumber
Red pepper
chicken
Sesame oil
sugar
salt
Apple vinegar
sesame
Garlic

Methods:

Clean the cucumber and red pepper. Put the chicken into the boiling water and then pull it out.

Put the chicken into the pot again and add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, aniseed, salt to cook it well.

Cut the chilli, chicken and cucumber into dices, add fragrant oil, garlic, sugar, salt and a little apple vinegar to mix them well.

Then cut the cucumber like this : they are made into some cucumber cups.

Finally put the chicken dices into the cucumber cups and then use the cucumber skin to modify the bamboo leaves, so the delicious green bamboo dish is finished. Is it really like the bamboo ?

“宁可食无肉,
不可居无竹。
无肉令人瘦,
无竹令人俗。
人瘦尚可肥,
士俗不可医。”

可见对人们竹子的喜爱,朴实直白的语言,显示出那悠久的文化精神已深入士人骨髓。

竹子清脆欲滴,高风亮节。它的“劲节”,代表不屈的骨节,它的虚空代表谦逊的胸怀。此外自古以来,竹子又是吉祥升迁的象征,竹节代表着向上,代表着步步高,节节升。总之竹子占尽了风头,是大家喜爱的吉祥物之一。

今天用黄瓜为材料,做了一个翠竹报春的菜,希望这道菜迎接春天到来的同时,也能给大家带来好运,人生步步高升,节节顺,翠竹报春春满园。

材料:

黄瓜
红辣椒
鸡肉
香油


苹果醋
芝麻
蒜末

做法:

先将黄瓜,红辣椒洗净。鸡肉洗净开水料好。
将洗好的鸡肉放到锅里,放料酒,大料,酱油,糖,盐煮熟。
将辣椒,鸡肉,黄瓜切成丁,放香油,蒜末,糖,盐,少许醋拌匀。
最难的就是刻黄瓜盅了。先把黄瓜切成段,然后两头切一下, 不能切断。中间的黄瓜肉去掉,用勺子把黄瓜瓤扣出去,这样就成了黄瓜盅。

将拌好的彩椒鸡肉丁放到黄瓜盅里,然后旁边用黄瓜皮修饰成竹叶,这样一道色彩靓丽,美味好吃的翠竹报春就完成了。

这道菜酸甜脆鲜清爽可口至极,希望大家喜欢祝大家周末愉快。
