A special dish - stew Raja porosa Gunther with tofu 老板鱼炖豆腐
Raja porosa Gunther here I call it special fish , is a kind of very tasty fish . It has many prickly bones, but the bones are soft and crisp, so bones can be eaten directly. The fish has high nutritional value and abundant protein, which is suitable for all ages. There are many ways to cook this kind of fish . Now let me share my cooking way with you .
Ingredients :
Fresh fish
Tofu
Ginger
Sichuan Pepper
Cooking wine
Sugar
Vinegar
Dry pepper
oil
salt
soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Methods :
Clean the fish and remove its viscera, then cut it into pieces.
Put the ginger into the fish, add cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, salt, mix them well, and slightly salted for a while.
Heat the oil in the pot, put the fish into the pot and fill the water, let the water cover the fish.
Cut the tofu into pieces and put it into the pot , stew with the fish about 10 minutes , when the soup is thicker, and the fish with tofu will be done .
The fish is delicate and tender ,very tasty. Tofu is filled with the delicious smell of the fish, even better than the fish. It is my favourite dish which is very healthy I think . and one point is important that is the method of cooking is simple .

老板鱼我想大家都知道是一个非常好吃的鱼类。学名又叫孔瑶。它肉多刺少,没有硬骨,骨头是软的,脆的,因此骨头也可以直接吃。老板鱼的营养价值很高,蛋白质也丰富,是老少皆宜的鱼类。做法也有很多,今天跟大家分享一下老板鱼炖豆腐。
材料:
新鲜老板鱼
豆腐
葱姜
花椒
料酒
糖
醋
干辣椒
油
盐
酱油
蚝油
做法:
将老板鱼去内脏洗净,切成块。
将葱姜切好,放入老板鱼里,加料酒,糖,酱油,盐,搅拌均匀,稍微的腌制小会儿。
锅里放油加热,将调好的老板鱼下锅,填点水,莫过老板鱼。
豆腐切成块,放入锅里,跟老板鱼一起炖。大约10分钟后,汤汁收浓,老板鱼炖豆腐就好了。
老板鱼肉质细嫩,非常好吃。豆腐融入了老板鱼的鲜香,味道甚至比老板鱼还好。这道菜百吃不厌,好吃又瘦身,是非常好的健康食品。 我的这个做法又超级的简单, 喜欢吃的朋友就快快行动吧!
