Fast Chinese Soup
Soup, made from thinly sliced pork fillet, cabbage, fresh ginger, green onions and Chinese noodles. Very quickly prepared. Instead of ordinary cabbage, you can take Peking, it's even better.

1/4 small head of cabbage, chopped
100 g of pork fillet, cut into thin strips
1.5 liters of chicken broth
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Crushed fresh ginger root
8 arrows of green onions, chopped

In a large frying pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add cabbage and pork; Fry until the pork is no longer pink inside, about 5 minutes. Do not forget to stir the cabbage and pork until they are fried.
Add chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a minimum; Stew for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add onions and noodles. Stew until noodles are tender, for 2 to 4 minutes.
