Eggs stuffed with beets

Simple dish-served eggs, stuffed with beets and herring.

4 eggs
2 boiled beets
50 g of salted herring
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 onion

Beetroot clean and grate on a fine grater.

Very finely chop the onion and herring. Eggs to cook.

Cut eggs in half and take the yolks. Yolk the yolk with a fork.

Mix beets, onions, yolks and herring. Season with mayonnaise. Mix well.
