Crispy oatmeal cookies
A recipe for a delicious, useful oatmeal cookie made of instantly
ground oat flakes.
75 g of self-lifting flour
75 g oat flakes (instant cooking)
75 g of sugar
75 g of butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. milk
Sift the flour. Add the oatmeal and sugar.
In a small saucepan heat the butter. Add honey and milk. Warm up well.
Add the oil mixture to the oatmeal with flour. Mix well.
Cover the parchment with parchment paper. Collect a teaspoon of a
little dough, roll the balls. Lay the balls on a baking tray at a
distance of several cm from each other.
The oven in the preheated oven is about 15 minutes, until golden.
