Canape with fish

Canapes with fish are a favorite snack in our family, even children
try to do something interesting themselves. It turns out beautiful
turrets.

a few slices of black bread
150 g smoked red fish
1 avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cucumber
dill
1/2 can of olives
toothpicks

Cut the black bread into small cubes.

Stir the avocado with a fork, add the lemon juice so that the avocado
does not darken.

Cucumbers finely chopped (better vegetable peelings). On pieces of
bread, spread the avocado, put a piece of fish, sprinkle finely
chopped dill. Scrape a toothpick, from above as a sail to prick a
piece of cucumber, then an olive.
