Avocado and Strawberry Salad
I often make this salad for guests. There's a very tasty dressing. It
can be added to different salads.
Refueling
2 tablespoons Sahara
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
Salad
150 grams of green salad
1 avocado
10 berries of strawberry
50 g of chopped nuts
In a small bowl, whip the sugar, olive oil, honey, vinegar and lemon
juice. Set it aside.
Avocado cut in half, remove the stone, peel and cut into slices.
Strawberries are also cut into slices.
Put the green salad in a shallow dish or on a serving dish, on top of
the sliced avocado and strawberries. It is necessary to all this pour
out the dressing and sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately or put in
the refrigerator for 2 hours.
