Leongs legend.

Staple dishes from Leongs Legend. The first is a spicy beef noodle soup. The brisket is soft and very delicious, but the soup itself is a bit more flavoursome than what I expect for a dish with Taiwanese origin. Typically they are light with out much spice, which is the opposite to this.

The second dish is breaded chicken with cheese filling served with egg fried rice and sweet and sour sauce. A very peculiar combination and one which was prominently pushed as a top choice at the front of their menu. Ultimately, the cheese was hard to taste through the sweet and sour, and I believe the chicken was a pretty standard 'kiev' like breaded chicken with some cheese stuffed inside and put inside a microwave.
