How to Boil Hard Eggs
For some Boil Hard Eggs, may be harder to achieve. Here follow, my easy steps
Step 1- get some room temperature eggs, then fill up your pot with cold water. Submerge the eggs with water.
Make sure the eggs are in room temperature, otherwise the eggs shell will crack
Step 2 - Put the pot on the cooking stove with the eggs, medium flame, and bring up the water to boiling.
Step 3 - Simmer the eggs for about 12 minutes.
Step 4 - Turn off the stove, let the eggs cool down.
Step 5 - By then, if they are still warm , run them in cold running tap water.
Your Finish Product
You will need to keep this cooking tips, for my new coming series

To prevent the shell from cracking I use a pinch of salt in the water. I have found it helps and you should try it too. Especially if the eggs come straight out of a fridge, the case for me. Thanks for some good tips on the art of egg boiling :))
Thanks @norbu for the input.
Some people pinned a hole with a needle on the shell.
If comes out from the fridge, best to leave them out for some time,
as the temperature of the yolk is still cold.
Soft boiled eggs is different again , but will be covered in another chapter.
