Brazilian Coxinha food (recipe)

A delicious food to home...

Pasta :

• 2 liters of water
• 1 kg of sifted wheat flour
• 2 chicken broths
• 1 spoonful of margarine
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 spoonful of colorific

Filling:

• 1 kg cooked and shredded chicken breast
• 2 chopped medium onions
• 1 cup chopped parsley
• chopped red pepper to taste
• 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  Salt to taste
• color to taste
• oil or olive oil

To bread:

• 2 egg whites
• 1 liter of water
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 cups (tea) wheat flour
• 2 kg of bread flour
