Dinner: SLOPPY JOES
When you have a newborn at home you have to find easy dinners to make. Luckily, my awesome in-laws were just here and had made us some hamburger meat so with the leftovers I decided to make SLOPPY JOES!
Here is what you will need:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion flakes to taste
Buns!
I added mushrooms
Directions:
Instructions
1.) In a large saucepan combine beef and onion. Cook until the meat is mostly browned, about 5 minutes. Drain well.
2.) in a small bowl mix together tomato sauce, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire, and spices
3.) Pour sauce ingredients over drained beef and stir until evenly coated. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.) Serve on buns.
Enjoy!
We paired it with corn. :)
Amazing meal.
