In Venezuela we have the tradition of celebrating special events preparing a large barbecue and drinking beer, sharing with family and friends a good meal is the best way to have a good time. On this occasion at home we wanted to prepare a barbecue to share the benefits obtained thanks to Steemit with our relatives in a small meeting. Following are details of the preparation.

Ingredients:

1. Boneless chicken.

2. Meat.

3. Black pudding.

4. Sausages.

Preparation:

Marinate the meat with marinade, garlic sauce, English sauce and soy sauce. Cooking on the electric grill or on fathoms, we can optionally add freshly squeezed orange juice.

To accompany the meat we can prepare a salad of carrots and cabbage with the dressing of our preference.

Guasacaca is a Venezuelan sauce that is used to enhance the flavor of roasted meats, is the ideal accompaniment to the barbecue because it complements its flavor. To prepare our guasacaca we only need to liquefy avocado, garlic, onion, cilantro, parsley, paprika, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, we can refrigerate it to have it always available as a companion or dressing.

This barbecue was prepared by my boyfriend and it is really delicious.
