This is the first time ive ever tried to cook wings, and it turned out PERFECT!

Step 1., Buy way to many wings on sale- drench them in olive oil, cayenne pepper and then toss em in a freezer bag to slosh around covering all wings completely.*

Step 2 Have your oven heated to around 420' degrees and a large pan covered in tinfoil ready,
Toss all the wings on the pan and put on the first layer of desired hot sauce ( I like classic franks)

Step 3 Cook those bad boys for a good 25-30 minutes and the pull em flip em and apply the very generous second layer of choice spicy sauce!

After about another 20 minutes I flipped em again and applied the third and final drenching of HOT SUACE! and then baked em for another 5 or 10,( I like crispy bakey wings.)
