Roasted Chicken Salad Udon!
A little late, but as promised, here's my lunch for today. Grilled chicken salad from a Japanese fusion place. There was udon underneath and I thought the wasabi dressing was very unique. It wasn't too bad, and I'd definitely go there again to try their other offers.
