Boxcarblue's Soft Taco Buffet

You know, I don't think they do. Besides wasabi and karashi, spicy pepper flakes and spice mixes are usually used for heat. Many people bring hot sauces back as presents when they visit other countries like Guam or Thailand. I usually use one of these to spice things up a bit.

Boxcarblue's Soft Taco Buffet

Sometimes life just calls for tacos.

And when it does, there's nothing I like doing better than whipping up a batch of homemade salsa, guacamole, spiced beef, mashed chili beans, and feasting at home.

Having recently bought my first house, my wife and I felt the need to celebrate this new chapter of our life and, of course, we felt there was no better way to do so than to eat a ridiculous amount of tacos.

Here's to many happy taco eating days to come!
