Matty Mathesons steak sandwich

So i am a big fan of Vice and Viceland, and recently they posted a video of Matty Matheson making a steak sandwich with a kale chimichurri on top. This sounded like something i needed to try so a couple days ago i made a steak sandwich based off of that recipe. The picture is the sandwich that i made, and included is a link of the video that inspired it.
