[EASY DAILY FOOD] My favorite beef tenderloin steak with some curry rice and fresh fruit juice for my dinner/ My Recipe
Today, I feel like being a cook on steemit. I just wanted to share foods I liked and recipe of my simple foods. As a result, I have many food posts in my blog in the meanwhile. One of good things on steemit is what I started to consider about foods and nutrition more than ever. I'll probably keep posting about foods and my quick cooking. I'd like the posts are helpful for people who's looking for simple Oriental/Korean foods and need an easy recipe. I really like sharing mine on steemit. When you have any question with my food and recipe post, let me know. I'll try to reply with my best.
Ingredient for Fruit juice:
1 small Organic tomato
1/2 banana
2 tablespoon pure wild grapes(muscadine) juice
1 tablespoon honey
Add some water. Don't pour too much for better taste.
Ingredient for Steak :
138g Beef tenderloin
2 Asparagus
Salt
Rosemary
Black pepper
Red wine
Butter
Ingredient for Curry rice with Sirloin or Rip eye :
100g sirloin
1 1/2 Curry cube
1/2 potato
1/2 onion
Some piece of carrot.
Before cooking curry rice, put the meat into the cold water about 20 minutes.
1. Cut meats into small cubes and stir-fry in the greased pan / 1-2 minutes
2. Add potato and stir-fry with meats / 1-2 more minutes.
3. Add some salt and black pepper and mix well.
4. Pour water 50ml into the pan. After boiling, add veggies and curry cubes. Mix well. Wait for boiling again.
5. Lower the heat. Stirring occasionally./ 10 minutes.
6. Pour the curry to your noodles or rice. Have with some bread.
Fresh meat should be prepared for a delicious Beef Tenderloin Steak.
Pour little wine and sprinkle kosher salt on the meat. Leave it about 5-10 minutes.
Add some olive oil in the pan. Put the meat in the greased pan when you see a smoke from the pan over medium-high heat. When it's getting to the color beige, turn it over. When the color of the other side was changed either, lower the heat.
Add some butter, rosemary and Asparagus into the pan quickly.
Cover the pan and wait for 10 minutes for medium-rare. Move the material in the pan slightly 2-3 times.
Wait a minute after uncover the pan.
Personally, I prefer my steak well-done. I left it 5 more minutes.
NOTE:
I branched asparagus slightly before cooking.
Sounds yummy!
