[EASY DAILY FOOD] Delicious kimchi dumplings I made to fill me up. / recipe / food photography
I really really like kimchi mandu(dumpling). The original kimchi dumpling made with kimchi, meat and some vegetable. I make without meat. My mother always makes about 100 kimchi dumplings because of me when she decides to make. I won't stop eating kimchi dumpling after I start eating. About 100 dumplings is disappeared within 3 to 5 days. My mother's dumplings are so delicious, and I'm so crazy about kimchi dumplings. One day, I started to make them by myself, and I found out my recipe.
Mu-ma-laeng-i muchim is optional. However, I always add some mumalaengi because it's munchy. As a child, I like chewing something fun. :) Before I tried to make them, making kimchi dumpling looked like little difficult. Now, I make them within a short time whenever I want. I think I became an expert for this food. :)
It's sliced glass noodles. It's easy to use.
Cook in boiling water / 6-7 minutes. Wash in cold water and let them drain. Chop them later.
It is a homemade style tofu. I like that it's not too soft.
Put boiled glass noodle, chopped kimchi and mumalaengi muchim.
I added 2/3 teaspoon salt, black pepper and crushed tofu.
Add some cayenne ground and sliced green onion.
Mix all the contents well.
