easy pot chicken biryani

ingredients:
- black pepper -1 tsp
- cloves -1 tsp
- cinnamon stick -1
- chili powder -1 tsp
- turmeric powder -1 tsp
- salt as needed
- bay leaf -1
- garam masala -1 tsp
- yoghurt
- onions
- chicken 300 grams
- basmati rice 3 cups
- oil -3 tsp
- ghee -3 tsp
- mint leaves
- lime or lemon
procedure:
- first wash the rice and keep aside
- wash the chicken and marinate the chicken with yoghurt , chilli powder,turmeric powder,lime and keep it in the freezer for 15 min
- in the pot add some oil and add bay leaves ,cloves,black pepper,cinnamon stick fry it for one minute
- fry the onions till it turns goldens brown
- now add the marinated chicken and cook it for 2 min
- add garam masala powder and mix it properly
- now add 8 cups of water and brings it boil for 3 min
- add the rice to the pot
- now add mint leaves
- cover the top with aluminium foil and cook on high flame for 15 min and low flames for 15 min
- switch off the stove

while post it is asking me rewards i choose 50 percent what are the other options i donot have any idea about it can you explain
Thats the option you have on how you want to get paid out by Steemit. If you select the 50%/50%, all the rewards for that post will be shared 50% of rewards go to you, 50% to others who comment and upvoate and sll that good stuff, and this you get paid in steem dollars (which roughly are close to 1 dollar)
if you click 100%, you get 100% of the author rewards but they put it all into steem power for you. steem power is what ultimatley affects how much your upvote is worth, the more you have the more its worth.
its a general thought that if you click the 50/50, you stand to make sliiiiightly more money, however the 100% poeer option will ultimatley make your votes worth more. I always switch between them until i csn determine myself which is really better.
