Tagliatelle with shrimp in a creamy sauce

My blog already contains recipes of pasta with shrimp and seafood in different combinations, but today's dish is what i come to after many culinary experiments — simple, fast and tasty.

Number of servings: 3
Ingredients:
- Shrimp, 200 gr.
- Tagliatelle, 200 gr.
- Cream, 20%, 200 ml
- Parmesan, 30 gr.
- A pinch of Italian herbs (Basil, oregano, etc.))
- Black pepper, salt
Tagliatelle cook 10-12 minutes, don't flush.
If shrimp are frozen, put them to warm water for ten minutes.
Cheese rub on a fine grater. Сlean the shrimp.
Cream salt, add herbs and bring to a boil and cook on low heat for two minutes.
Filter.
Return to the fire, bring to a boil, stir in the cheese (leave a little cheese to serve) and load the shrimp.
If shrimp are raw, cook for 2-3 minutes until the redness, if/K, then warmed up for a minute and turn off heat.
Serve tagliatelle with shrimp sauce, cheese and black pepper.
