Tagliatelle in Oriental style

It was a strange recipe. A mixture of culinary traditions. Yogurt and arugula. Goji berries and chicken. Tagliatelle and curry!
Despite this, to put it mildly, culinary diversity, the result is quite interesting.

Ingredients:
- Greek yogurt, 150 gr.
- Chicken fillet (thigh), 360 gr.
- Tagliatelle, 100 gr.
- Goji berries 15 gr.
- Curry paste, 15 gr.
- Chili pepper, 1 PC.
- Shallots, 1 PC.
- Red onion, 2 PCs.
- Arugula
- Green onions
- Salt, pepper, vegetable oil
Goji berries soaked in 100 ml of cold water.
Chicken cut into small pieces. Mix the curry paste, yogurt and chicken. Salt, pepper and leave to marinate for ten minutes.
Red onions and shallots cut into thin half rings, green and Goji berries finely. Chilli free from seeds and cut into plates.
Boil the tagliatelle in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, throw it in a colander, sprinkle with vegetable oil and mix.
Heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the shallots and red onions over high heat for three minutes.
Add Goji berries and chili peppers in the amount that corresponds to your perception of sharpness. Stir.
Add the chicken with the marinade and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add 50 ml of water and simmer for another two minutes.
Add to the pan tagliatelle, green onions, stir, warm for a minute and remove from heat.
Serve, decorated with arugula leaves.
