Scrambled eggs

Scrambled eggs - one of the most delicious and simplest dishes.

Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
- Eggs, 3 PCs.
- Butter, 70 gr.
- Lemon juice, 0.25 teaspoons
- Tarragon, pinch
- Salt
Melt in a saucepan half butter, add tarragon.
Reduce the heat to a little more than the minimum, break the eggs and immediately begin to stir them, not allowing lumps to form.
Cook until the eggs are ready about half, add the second half of the oil, salt and continue to cook, stirring constantly.
Lightly sprinkle with lemon juice, stir and serve.
