Salmon burger
Hello!
Today we will cook a very tasty Burger with salmon and serve it with an original salad.

Ingredients:
- Salmon (fillet), 300 gr.
- Shallots, 1 PC.
- Sour cream (20%), 90 gr.
- Cream cheese, 140 gr.
- Cucumbers, 100 gr.
- Hamburger buns, 2 PCs.
- Carrots, 100 gr.
- Radish, 120 gr.
- Parsley
- Dill
- Olive oil
- Salt
Shallots clean, cut into half rings and soak in cold water.
Carrots clean and rub on a coarse grater, chop parsley finely, radish cut into small cubes.
For sauce mix cheese, sour cream and parsley. Salt to taste.
From carrots, radishes, 2 tbsp. sauce and 1 tsp. olive oil
Cucumbers thinly sliced with a vegetable peeler.
Salmon cut per serving of 2 pieces per serving.
In a grill pan, pour a 2 of drops of olive oil and fry the fish for 1.5 — 2 minutes on each side over high heat.
Slightly salt the fish and shift to a plate, and fry the inside of the buns in a pan for 30-40 seconds.
The lower half of the buns smeared with sauce.
Put the cucumbers.
Salmon.
Soaked and pressed onion.
A sprig of dill.
Cover with the upper halves of the buns, greased with the remains of the sauce. Serve with salad.
