Pork neck in pomegranate sauce

Today I will tell you about the very good method of roasting meat on the baking-grille in the oven.
Food package:
- Pork, neck, 500 gr.
- Pomegranate sauce, 70 ml
- Black pepper, 0.5 tsp.
- Dried garlic, 0.5 tsp.
- Salt to taste
Cut the neck of the steaks for 2-2,5 cm thick. Mix the pepper, garlic and salt, rub the meat with this, pour the pomegranate sauce and mix. Leave to marinate for fifteen or twenty minutes, and in the meantime, preheat the oven to the maximum temperature.
Put the meat on the baking-grille, and from the bottom set a baking sheet with warm water, fat will flow down there and the meat will be moistened from the bottom side during cooked .
Bake for 25 minutes at 270°C or half an hour at 250°C.
Give a little rest and serve with herbs, pomegranate sauce, pickled onions, etc.
