Mushroom goulash
Hello!
Today we will cook a vegetarian version of the famous Hungarian dish.
You can serve it separately or with a side dish (we have mashed potatoes).

Cooking time: 20 min.
Number of servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- Champignones, 200 gr.
- Mashed tomatoes, 100 gr.
- Carrots, 1 PC.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Dried garlic, 0.5 tsp.
- Smoked paprika, 0.5 tsp.
- Parsley
- Rosemary
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
Onion cut into half-rings, carrots with straws, mushrooms in medium fragments.
Heat a little vegetable oil and fry the onion, carrot and rosemary on a high heat for three minutes.
Remove the rosemary, add the mushrooms and continue to fry for another three minutes.

Breed tomatoes in 150 ml of hot water, add to the pan. Add garlic, paprika. Salt, pepper to taste and simmer on medium heat for five minutes.
Serve with chopped parsley.
