Meat tartlets

Today we will talk about one of the most, perhaps, "male" dishes. It is simply cooked, looks quite original, is easily eaten and, most importantly — very tasty and nourishing.

Ingredients:
- Minced meat (here beef, but can be and chicken), 500 gr
- Mushrooms (oyster mushrooms here, but you can and mushrooms), 500 gr
- Cheese, 100 gr
- Eggs, 2 pcs
- Onion, 100 gr
- Black pepper
- Garlic
- Salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut half the onions and all the mushrooms. Put the pan on high heat and start frying. After evaporation of water add a little vegetable oil and fry for five minutes:
All the other ingredients grind in a food processor or mince:
Take a silicone or Teflon form for cupcakes, a drop of vegetable oil lubricate each mold:
Put the minced meat and make the center groove:
Add the mushrooms:
On top of all sprinkle with grated cheese:
Bake in the oven for half an hour:
We pull out the tartlets from the form and serve:
