Meat baked in a creamy mushroom cheese

Today is a very simple and very fast recipe for cooking delicious meat.

Number of servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- Meat (beef or pork), 300-350 gr.
- Mushrooms, 4-6 PCs.
- Cream cheese, 140 gr.
- Dried thyme, 0.5 tsp
- Garlic
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Meat cut into pieces, salt, pepper and beat to a thickness of about 1 cm
Mushrooms cut into medium pieces.
Garlic chop finely and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil for 30 seconds.
Add mushrooms and fry for 3-4 minutes.
In a separate bowl mix mushrooms, thyme and cheese, salt to taste.
In a pan fry the meat on high heat on each side (one minute if you have beef, and two if pork).
Spread the meat on a baking sheet, top mushrooms and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Serve.
