Fish cutlet stuffed with mushrooms

Any fish, any mushrooms. We have cod with champignons. Inexpensive, easy and very tasty.

Ingredients:
- Minced cod, 300 gr.
- Mushrooms, 3-4 pcs .
- Onions, 50 gr.
- Eggs, 2 pcs.
- Bread
- Breadcrumb
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Bread is cleaned of crusts, pour water or milk and leave alone for five minutes.
Onions and mushrooms cut finely:
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry onions and mushrooms over high heat for five minutes.
Press bread and mix with minced meat in a ratio of 1:2 (on 300 gr. minced meat - 150 gr. pressed bread).
Salt, pepper to taste, mix.
Divide the minced meat into four parts, each make flat, put mushrooms with onions in the center...
...and seal it.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, dip them in cutlets and breaded in breadcrumbs.
Bake cutlets in the oven for 20 minutes, pull out, leave alone for five minutes and serve.
