Chicken in spinach-cream sauce

Today we will cook chicken thighs baked in cream sauce with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet (thighs without skin), 360 gr.
- Spinach, 100 gr.
- Cream, 10%, 200 ml
- Garlic, 2-3 cloves
- Provencal herbs (or any to taste), 1.5 tsp.
- Flour, 10 gr.
- Parmesan, 30 gr.
- Sun-dried tomatoes, 30 gr.
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Parmesan rub on a fine grater. Garlic clean and cut into small pieces. Tomatoes cut medium fragments.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add flour, 50 ml of water, cream and bring to a boil, mix thoroughly.
Add spinach, reduce the heat to a minimum, salt, pepper to taste. Сook, stirring occasionally, for three minutes.
Add Parmesan, stir and cook the sauce for a minute, until the cheese is completely dissolved.
Chicken cut into portions, salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs, put in a baking dish with dried tomatoes.
Pour the chicken sauce and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
