Cataplana
Hello!
Today, we will try one of the classic dishes of Portuguese cuisine — cataplana.
Strictly speaking, a real cataplana should be prepared in the "cataplana". These are two copper hemispherical containers, connected by a loop and locks.
There are nuances in serving the cataplana (in layers), but in our dynamic time, these conventions are observed, perhaps, only in Portugal. Regular home cooks around the world prepare a cataplana as easily as possible )).
