Beef in Italian style
Hello!
Today we will go to the Sunny coast of Italy. Tomatoes, olives, traditional Italian spices - all reminds of this wonderful country.

Ingredients:
- Beef, 1 kg
- Mashed tomatoes 500 gr.
- Pitted olives, 150 gr.
- Dry white wine, 120 ml
- Basil, 1 teaspoon
- Thyme, 0.5 tsp
- Rosemary, 0.5 tsp
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Olive oil, 40 ml
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Pour the meat with wine, sprinkle with rosemary and marinate for 1 hour:
Cut into rings olives, add Basil, pepper, thyme, mashed tomatoes and mix:
Marinated meat put on a dry hot frying pan:
Of meat immediately begin to get plenty of fluids. Pour the juice in a separate bowl - it will be useful to us.
When the liquid will cease to stand out, add to the pan olive oil and fry the meat until brown:
Pour back the juice, add the tomato mixture with olives and herbs, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for forty minutes under the lid (for fifteen minutes before the end of salt to taste):
